Ted Downing is a lifelong Cambridge resident dedicated to helping the community he was raised in. Through the Job Connector, he strives to connect residents to the growing opportunities in the regional innovation economy.

Sara Reese

Job Connector Manager


Sara's passion lies in career coaching, developing education and certification programs, and supporting employers in designing internships, pre-apprenticeships and work based learning initiatives. Her background includes fostering community partnerships and connecting people with training opportunities. She is certified by the National Career Development Association and licensed as a school counselor. As a trained equity, inclusion, and anti-racist facilitator, her research was published by the Nellie Mae Education Foundation Critical Participatory Action Research in 2018. Sara's commitment to leveraging years of career development experience remains steadfast as she leads the critical work taking place at the Job Connector by MIT.
