Applications Are Open!

 

We are now accepting applications to the spring 2025 cohort of our Administrative Assistant Training Program! Cambridge residents passionate about an administrative career can apply here to be a part of our 5 week training. Accepted applicants will learn crucial skillsets needed to become a successful administrative assistant, while networking weekly with local professionals to discuss career pathways and other insights.

The program begins on May 13th, and concludes on June 12th. This program is fully in person, taking place at our office (792 Main Street, Cambridge MA) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. The deadline to apply is April 28th. Introduction to Construction and the Building

Trades Career Exploration Program

 

The Job Connector by MIT recently concluded the latest cohort of our Introduction to Construction and the Building Trades Career Exploration Program! This five-week program connects Cambridge residents looking to learn more about pathways to construction and building trades careers with industry experts working on the job site every day. 

Areas of focus include building trades unions, pre-apprenticeship programs, construction management, and consulting. Job Connector staff provide each participant with individualized career coaching as they progress through the program.
