We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our team at a new bar and restaurant in Kendall Square Cambridge! We will be serving elevated pub food with creative cocktails, beer, and wine. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, positive attitudes and value working in a community. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience working on a team.

Hiring for all positions. 

Servers 2+ years 

Bartenders 3+ years experience.

Hosts and food runners just need a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Dishwasher: Variety of tasks including washing dishes, cleaning floors and surfaces, organizing and putting away equipment / deliveries.  Ability to learn simple prep projects.  Desire to expand knowledge base and take on new tasks to improve his or her value to the restaurant.

Line Cooks: Positions available for cooks of multiple experience levels.  Applicants should have a good attitude and a willingness to grow within the organization.  The ideal candidates will be self motivated and understand the importance of a positive / supportive culture in the kitchen.  Candidates will have to be willing to help their co-workers and see the kitchen as one unit rather than individual stations.

Prep / Salad / Dessert:  The cold station candidate is usually transitioning from the lower experience level to the more advanced levels in our kitchen.  The focus of this station will be learning / developing proper habits, building basic kitchen skills, knife work and the ability to follow and execute recipes.
