SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (AP)Office of the Vice President for Finance (VPF), to be responsible for the ongoing daily operations and processes related to accounts payable.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; at least three years of experience in financial operations, including accounts payable accounting and account reconciliation; experience leading projects and/or teams and delivering customer service; knowledge of accounting principles and relevant federal regulations for accounts payable; demonstrated experience with accounting software, preferably SAP; excellent collaboration, interpersonal, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills; and an interest in process improvement.  Seek a self-starter who is able to take initiative and exercise good judgment; manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines while paying close attention to detail; respond to inquiries and decide which issues should be escalated to managers; and work as part of and add value to a team.  PREFERRED:  experience with Coupa and MIT experience.

Salary range: $75,000 - 85,000
