Work Shift: Day (United States of America)LIFELINE PROGRAM OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

 

Job Summary:

Seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to oversee the day to day operations of the personal emergency response and medication dispensing services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates service calls and installations of services with all appropriate parties.
  • Communicates effectively in a professional and courteous telephone manner and is responsive to all callers.
  • Reviews and processes daily incident reports from the Lifeline System Response Center to assure all appropriate interventions for clients in need have been completed.
  • Enters appropriate data in the Lifeline System platform.
  • May manage registration and billing for assigned payor group(s).
  • Along with the Program Manager, participates in recruitment of Lifeline Program staff, interviewing candidates and also training those hired.
  • May conduct home service calls as needed and appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to superior customer service & teamwork.
  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience most important.
  • Ability to attend to detail and follow through.
  • Current driver’s license.
