Puritan & Company is a restaurant from Chef Will Gilson and his team in Cambridge’s Inman sq. Serving Modern-American, seasonal New England cuisine. Candidates should be passionate about food, farming, working with local produce, and executing hand-crafted dishes with focused precision and creativity.
